GLEN EIRA SIGNAL BOXES

Artists are invited to submit designs for a street cabinet at one (or more) of twenty specific sites around Glen Huntly, Elsternwick, Bentleigh, Bentleigh East, Carnegie, Caulfield and Ormond. Design submissions are due before 5pm Wednesday, 31 January 2018.

Who can participate? Anyone who lives, works or studies within the City of Glen Eira except Glen Eira City Council employees. Note that artists under eighteen years old will be required to be supervised by a parent, teacher or guardian.

Designs will be assessed and successful artists will be provided with quality paint and safety equipment and will paint their original artwork on a street cabinet (traffic signal box). Artists will be paid $400 on completion of their artwork.
