As an artist, honing your own visual language is critical to setting you on a career path, and yet, Perth artist Ian Strange seeming threw out the rulebook.

After a decade of working as a street artist under the name of Kid Zoom – a start that led him to New York and his paintings being shown alongside Banksy, Shepard Fairy and Oz Jemios – he decided to push it all aside.
