What initiative! The Perc Tucker Regional Gallery (PTRG) in Townsville, Northern Queensland, has given most state galleries a run for their money, clocking in over 60,000 visitors to its current exhibition Brick by Brick, ‘eclipsing our standard annual visitation figures’, said Curator Eric Nash.  It goes to show the strength of regional galleries.
