Research reveals unimaginative Australia

A new report shows that while 95% of us think the world would be better with more imagination, most people don't think other Australians care.

Less than than half of Australians surveyed think Australia is an imaginative nation, and only two in five believe that imagination is valued in Australian society.

Respondents cited government policy, cultural norms and political decisions as evidence Australia does not value the arts and saw working in the arts as a job that is not valued in Australia.
