SCA move put on hold

A temporary reprieve lessens the blow for current students, but the future still looks bleak for Sydney College of the Arts.

The University of Sydney has delayed its decision to move Sydney College of the Arts (SCA).  Student will remain at the historic Kirkbridge Campus at Rozelle through 2018, allowing currently enrolled students to complete their studies.

A University spokeswoman confirmed to ArtsHub: ‘The current proposal is for a phased occupation of the proposed location, commencing in early 2018 and due to be complete prior to Semester 1 2019.’
