Top school talent makes NGV cut

Paying tribute to the role of arts education and the future of contemporary art in Victoria, StArt Up: Top Arts 2014 has opened at the NGV Studio, a dynamic contemporary art space at The Ian Potter Centre: NGV Australia. While it is always exciting to look at the talent emerging from our schools – tomorrow’s artists – this year is particularly noteworthy as the exhibition celebrates its twentieth anniversary.
