On the move: latest appointments and resignations

Australian producer Chris Twite has joined Brisbane Festival as Contemporary Music Programmer. Twite joins the Brisbane Festival team direct from his role as Senior Producer, Contemporary Music at the iconic Sydney Opera House.

Twite’s role at the Sydney Opera House from 2014 – 2017, saw him booking some of the biggest names in the music industry including Brian Wilson, Caribou, D’Angelo, Deafheaven, Disclosure, Explosions in the Sky, Father John Misty, Four Tet, Kasabian, Kurt Vile, and Squarepusher. Most recently, Twite secured three Australian exclusive performances for the seminal UK act The Stone Roses.​
