Presented by Hadley’s Orient Hotel, the Hadley’s Art Prize, Hobart is an annual, acquisitive Australian landscape prize, which offers $100,000 to the winning entry.
Judged by a panel of art specialists, the prize is open to Australian artists over the age of eighteen working in two-dimensional media. Artists at all career stages are invited to enter. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists are encouraged to enter.
Awarded to what the judges deem to be the best portrayal of the Australian landscape.

Residency Prize presented by The Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel and the Salamanca Arts Centre which includes one month’s accommodation at Hadley’s sister property, The Old Woolstore Apartment Hotel and a studio in the Salamanca Arts Centre. The Residency Prize will be chosen by the judges, awarded this year and taken up in April or May 2022.
