Applications are now open for the 2019 St Kevin’s Art Show
The St Kevin's Art Show is a contemporary art award open to emerging and early career Australian artists and Australian residents. Hosted at St Kevin's College in Toorak, the award is in its 49th year in 2019 and is managed by a contemporary art professional with more than 20 year of experience in the visual arts.
Prize monies offered include the major prize of $10,000 and a $3,500 works on paper award.
Artists are invited to submit up to three artworks for consideration. The selection panel is seeking high quality works which represent the best examples of an artist’s practice, and may shortlist more than one artwork by each artist.
Entries may include two-dimensional / wall mounted works such paintings, works on paper (drawings, paintings and editioned works), and photography to a maximum size of 140x140cm (or 2 metres sq.). Three-dimensional artworks are unfortunately not eligible due to display limitations.
