The inaugural UTS Artist in Residence program is a unique opportunity for a NSW visual artist or collective to undertake sustained artistic research with support from UTS faculties and facilities, supported by the Anita and Luca Belgiorno-Nettis Foundation.
The residency is to be undertaken over 6 months, from January – July 2021.
A stipend of $10,000 will be paid to the Artist in Residence, with a further $10,000 materials budget to support the creation of a new work.
The Artist in Residence can work with one of the following UTS faculties:
Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences
Faculty of Engineering and IT
Faculty of Law
Faculty of Design, Architecture and Building
Faculty of Health
