The Digital Art Prize is a new national award supporting contemporary visual art made for the screen.
It is presented by the City of Melville and Heathcote Cultural Precinct. $15,000 total will be awarded across multiple categories.
It recognises contemporary visual art made for the screen, including video art, custom software, hypertext and artist made games.
These works are displayed online and the winner is selected by public vote from Friday, 17 July to Friday, 21 August. The Digital Art Prize is open to professional artists who are Australian citizens or permanent residents.
Applications are online only and will open Friday, 1 May to Sunday, 5 July 2020.
