The tallest mural in the Southern Hemisphere will be completed today (Friday 12 October). Local street-art collective Juddy Roller and artist Matt Adnate have transformed the 20-storey, city-facing wall of the Collingwood Housing Estate, profiling four of the tower’s residents to represent the community that calls the estate home.
