SA gallerist apologises over sexual harassment allegations

Director of Port Adelaide’s Fontanelle Gallery admits alcohol and addiction fuelled his inappropriate behaviour towards women over several years.

Adelaide Gallerist, artist and academic Ben Leslie has publicly responded to allegations from several women over inappropriate lewd conduct.

Founder of the Port Adelaide space, Fontanelle Gallery, and former lecturer at the University of South Australia, Leslie has purportedly ‘grabbed women’ inappropriately, made harassing approaches, and even ‘urinated at an event’.
