Mental health is usually a topic that is not boldly broadcast. A new project, unveiled this week to coincide with Mental Health Week, however takes the topic to the streets.
These Walls Could Talk addresses mental health in youth through street art and slam poetry.
Created by Sydney-based artist Cameron Cripps-Kennedy, in collaboration with Western Sydney poet Omar Sakr and students at Bradfield Senior College, the collection of poetic text-based artworks spans across the laneways and streets of the North Sydney suburb of St Leonards.
