Sculpture in the Vineyards

The Wollombi Valley Sculpture Festival Governor’s Prize

In partnership with the Governor of New South Wales, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC QC, we are offering ‘The Governor’s Prize’ for the first time.

The winner of this prestigious award will have their sculpture displayed in the grounds of Government House, amongst other works from high profile sculptors, for 12 months at the conclusion of the Wollombi Valley Sculpture Festival.

Sculptures entered in this category can still be sold during the festival and can also remain for sale in our Online Gallery whilst on display at Government House.

The prize will be awarded at the Festival Opening so anyone who buys the winning sculpture will know it is not available for 12 months but will no doubt be more valuable This is a fantastic opportunity for the winning sculptor to exhibit in a high profile location where their work will be seen by a large audience.
