Creative Felting: Felting for arts sake with Denise Lithgow

Come and learn about the specialised techniques involved in the art of felting.

Join renowned textile artist Denise Lithgow as she demonstrates the various stages involved in creating her artistic pieces.

This presentation will include a talk, presentation and live demonstration of the various stages of her felting process, plus an opportunity for the audience to ask questions and see first-hand how felt can be used in a creative way.

Denise Lithgow is part of the Untethered Fibre Artists collective and is currently exhibiting within Signatures: the mark as the embodiment of identity and intent now on display at Australian Design Centre.
