Platform Arts May Gallery Exhibition

Platform Arts presents four new gallery exhibitions across Gallery One, Gallery Two and Courtyard Gallery, opening Friday 14 May 2021, running until Friday 18 June.

GALLERY ONE

Jun Evrim’s debut solo show Recall investigates memory, metaphor and materiality through readymade, found and fabricated objects.
KiMLiK is a collection of works by multidisciplinary Turkish-Australian artist Aleyna Demet that explore the artist’s mother’s experience of “otherness” and in turn, its effects on herself across photomontage, sound and installation.

GALLERY TWO

Spectral Archive is a collaborative collision of new and analogue technology, a multidisciplinary group show by emerging artists Jasmine Low, Matthew Mifsud, Haiden Nettle & Dana Sinnamon.

COURTYARD GALLERY

Madi Whyte presents TOPIA Photographic Series, which uses finite landscapes as pictorial tropes to explore languages of the line and the cut.
